Normally factory set as ±2%,but can be customize from ±0.5% to ±5%.

Q14. What's the means of the input voltage range/window of the voltage stabilizer?
For example, A ±20% input voltage range/window and 400V rated voltage of voltage stabilizer, the voltage stabilizer could deliver 400V output constantly when input voltage within 400V±20%(320V~480V), If the input voltage under 320V, The output voltage will under 400V and if the input voltage over 480V, the output voltage will over 400V as well. It's a very important parameter that the user should be considered.

It's an option, we have standard ±15%, ±20%, ±25%, ±30% models for choice, and others can be customized.

Check your maximum current and give a 20% margin is best.
For example, electric furnace is about 250kVA, please choose more than 350kVA voltage stabilizer.

Q20. How to solve it if have some quality problems?
Based on the steps of analysis, and conclude the key reason of the problem. Usually, we will provide spare part free of charge during warranty time.

With proper preventive maintenance, our machine can last for more than 15 years.

Q23. During the installation of the machine, do we have to get the electrical license?
Normally he must know electrical knowledge, no matter got license or not, we have very detailed instruction manual.

Q24. Why their protections shall set on 0.8 x FLA (full load ampere) - isn't the product capable of delivering full capacity?
Every product is not good to be use in full capacity, such as the Car. We can drive the car in full speed when the driver is the best and the road is best too. The same as the AVR, We should give a best environment then the AVR could delivering full capacity. Such as the Ambient temperature, altitude, humidity, Air ventilation and dust-free are best. If not, we can't let AVR delivering full capacity, So we give a 20% for margin.

Q25. How you are supposed to get periodical preventive maintenance service?
After every 6 to 12 months of operation, the AVR must be cleaned from dust and carbon powder. Pay attention to the brush surface and the autotransformer surface where the brushes are touching. Clean it with soft brush or dry cloth.
It is also essential to lubricate the gear and the drive parts with a small amount of lubricant oil every regular interval.
Inspect the mechanical fasteners and tighten any loose screws. The three brush groups should be on one level line.
